At MuslimGifts.in, we strive to deliver your Islamic gifts safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Customized, bulk, or special orders are processed on demand and may require additional preparation time. The estimated timeline will be communicated separately.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once the order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 1–3 working days

  • Non-metro & other areas: 2–4 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable for all orders within India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

5. Courier Partners

  • Courier partners may vary based on location and service availability.

  • Specific courier partner names are not guaranteed.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and Email.

  • Customers are advised to monitor shipment updates regularly.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or multiple failed delivery attempts:

    • Re-shipping charges will apply, or

    • The order may be returned without refund of shipping charges.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement or refund request.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

9. Bulk & On-Demand Orders

  • Bulk and on-demand orders may require additional delivery time depending on quantity and customization.

  • Delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated individually.

  • MuslimGifts.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to update shipping timelines or charges without prior notice.
