1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for eligible products.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With tags, seals, and original packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product nature:

  • Attar / Perfumes

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Sale or discounted products

These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

What we offer:

  • Replacement or Refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Proof Required:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Supporting photos of the product and packaging

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Original payment method or

    • Bank transfer

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Please note: Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake or product damage, MuslimGifts.in will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Bulk & Customized Orders

  • Bulk orders are non-refundable.

  • Bulk orders are replaceable only if damaged and reported within 24 hours.

  • Customized / personalized items are refundable only under specific conditions, such as manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
