• Damaged/Missing items must be reported/emailed or WhatsApp message within 24hrs of receipt with photos attached to your return request. If not reported within 24hrs we will not issue replacements. 

• If you have received an incorrect item, please issue a return request within 24hrs of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send a WhatsApp message requesting cancellation within 24 hours, including the following details: Order ID, Username, Product Name, Order date and a reason.
